Our gastronomic principle of variety and change is also reflected in the architecture of our hotel. The preserved historical guesthouse and a 220-year-old farmhouse face a modern hotel and conference area, redbrick and historical tiles oppose an aluminium façade and bathrooms with glass panes, the traditional restaurant ‘Wildente’ compared to the eccentric ‘Kuhstall’, cosy and carefully decorated restaurant rooms oppose the modern, matter-of-factual and efficient conference world etc.
